Monterey Cinemas Upper Hutt would love to host your event! We are proud to work with individuals, community groups and businesses to host private screenings or fundraisers. Cinema hire is perfect for your special event such as birthday parties. Watch one of the latest blockbusters or your own media, invite your guests to an intimate and memorable movie experience with bar and refreshment services tailored to your needs! 

We offer discounted private function and group booking rates for tickets and concessions  and can offer a range of catering options. Our four cinemas range in size from 40 to 127 seats.

We have a fully-equipped commercial kitchen and can cater for any style of event, from finger food while you mix and mingle to seated dining and private bar service in our function space.
